Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Retail Trainer to design and implement training plans for promoters, merchandisers, dealers and in-house staff, ensuring deep product knowledge, brand values and sales techniques.

You will coach dealers, monitor sales interactions, organize role-plays, advise on upselling, and support roadshows nationwide, with travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and training certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Retail Trainer or Sales Trainer in retail.
• Hands-on training delivery in dynamic retail environments, preferably electronics or consumer goods.
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit retail stores nationwide for in-person training.
• Strong presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training plans for promoters, merchandisers, dealers and in-house staff.
• Provide ongoing dealers consultation and support on customer concerns, product queries, and issues.
• Monitor sales interactions to identify improvements in product presentations and handling objections.
• Organize role-playing and simulation exercises to practice skills.
• Advise on upselling strategies and sales tactics to boost engagement.
• Attend roadshows and events to demonstrate products nationwide.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.
