Job summary

BOLDD ADVERTISING SDN BHD in Penang Island is seeking a Product Trainer (Consumer Electronics) to join our Workplace Training & Assessment division on a full-time basis. You will design, develop and deliver training programmes to enhance employee competency and maximise customer value across our product lines.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ experience in consumer electronics training, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to create training materials using Microsoft

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Consumer Electronics product training, corporate training, or workplace training and assessment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programmes to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Proficiency in developing training materials using Microsoft Office, design tools, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in Training and Development.
• Experience with customer-facing training programmes is advantageous.

This is a strategic role within our Workplace Training & Assessment division, where you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering high-quality training programmes to enhance employee competency and organisational performance. As Product Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training initiatives that ensure our clients and internal teams maximise the value of our products and services. What we're looking for
