Job summary

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions utilizing various instructional methods and learning technologies

Assess learner progress and competency levels, providing constructive feedback and support

Create training materials, manuals, and documentation that support knowledge transfer and retention

Conduct needs analysis and training requirements assessments to identify gaps and opportunities

Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement continuous improvements

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content remains current and relevant

Provide on-site and off-site training support to maximise learner engagement and outcomes

Maintain detailed training records and generate reports on learner progress and programme effectiveness

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging training methodologies within the education and training sector

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Consumer Electronics product training (TV, Audio Visual, Home Appliances and Smartphone gadgets), corporate training, or workplace training and assessment
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programmes to diverse audiences
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Proficiency in developing training materials using Microsoft Office, design tools, or similar applications
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Certification in Training and Development
• Experience with customer-facing training programmes is advantageous
• Able to travel across the Northern Region, including Penang, Kedah & Perak
