Job summary

Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to deliver smartphone product training to retail staff, partners, and customers in Johor Bahru.

You will explain product features, support onboarding, organize training events, and gather market insights while building strong retailer relationships. A Diploma or higher and at least 1 year of training experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Multilingual communication abilities are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct smartphone product training for retail staff, partners, and customers.
• Explain product features and benefits effectively.
• Perform store visits (average 80 visits per month).
• Monitor training effectiveness and compliance.
• Support onboarding and product training for new hires.
• Organize training events and consumer engagement activities.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and business partners.
• Gather market insights and competitor information.
• Prepare weekly training reports.
