Job summary

Wedrink Enterprise Management(Malaysia)Sdn.Bhd invites applications for a Technical Support / After-Sales Service Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle technical issues, coordinate with China-based manufacturers, and provide after-sales support to our outlets.

You will conduct on-site inspections, perform basic repairs, maintain records, and travel to outlets as needed. Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, after-sales service, machinery maintenance, electrical/mechanical or related fields is preferred.
• Able to communicate with China suppliers/manufacturers; Mandarin speaking is preferred.
• Willing to travel occasionally and visit outlets when required.
• Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge/experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical issues and troubleshooting related to company machines and equipment.
• Coordinate with China-based manufacturers/suppliers regarding machine issues, repairs, spare parts and technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to our outlets.
• Conduct on-site inspection, troubleshooting and basic repair/maintenance when machines break down at outlets.
• Follow up with suppliers and relevant departments to ensure machine issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain proper records of machine breakdowns, repairs and maintenance.
• Travel to outlets or other locations when required for technical support.
• Perform other technical and operational duties as assigned.
