Job summary

WATERCO (FAR EAST) SDN BHD is seeking a field service professional to liaise with service admin and technicians on-site and in-house, addressing product issues with accurate troubleshooting. You will feed back to QA/QC and engineering for technical issues and assist the sales team with on-site technical support, training and product commissioning.

The role involves monitoring project installations and supporting marketing with technical knowledge for materials.

Qualifications

Preferably experience in water treatment industry.
Strong project management skills; preferably in industrial or commercial buildings.
Knowledge in hydraulics and electrical is a plus.
Basic knowledge in water chemistry.
Able to work on rooftops.
Technical-minded and customer oriented.
Require good planning and engagement with engineering, sales, QA/QC, purchasing and site people.
Willing to travel outstation when necessary.

Responsibilities

Liaise with service admin and technician on service job – on site and in-house.
Attend to product issues on site and perform accurate troubleshooting.
Feedback and follow up with QA/QC & engineering for technical issue.
Assist sales team in site technical support, training and product commissioning.
Monitor and liaise on project installation.
Support marketing in term of technical knowledge in marketing material development.
Field testing of new product, improved products and application R&D.
