Job summary

Reeracoen Malaysia is seeking an on-site field service technician to provide installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for clients in Penang. You will address customer issues promptly, conduct routine inspections, and collaborate with the technical team in Japan to deliver high-end services.

You will build strong customer relationships, plan and execute field service projects, and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for clients.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Keep up-to-date technical skills to meet industry advancements.

• Assist in planning and executing field service projects with timely completion and quality.

Required Skills
