Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Field Service Technician (Forklift/Automotive) based in Penang. The role involves preventive maintenance and field repairs for heavy industrial equipment across Malaysia, with on-site visits to customer sites to uphold professionalism and company guidelines.

Responsibilities include pre-delivery inspections, reporting all work and materials used via software, and maintaining tooling and stock in the service vehicle.

Qualifications

• Able to understand English or Basic English writing.
• Able to use computer.
• Company will provide technical training.

Responsibilities

• To carry out preventive maintenance, field repair work for heavy industrial equipment to customers in Malaysia.
• Attend job at the customer site, which shall show professionalism and commitment as per company rules and guideline
• To carry out pre-delivery inspections fully
• To report in all types of work carried out & material used during any repairs using software.
• The maintenance & safe keeping of tooling issued by the company
• Responsible for Stocks / Van Tools in Service Vehicle
