Job summary

TCIM Sdn Bhd in Sabah, Malaysia seeks skilled Heavy Machinery Technicians/Mechanics to join the Service Department and ensure the operational readiness of forklifts, excavators, loaders, and other equipment. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance per OEM specs, while maintaining detailed records.

The role requires strong diagnostic ability, hands-on repair skills, and clear communication with customers to propose necessary work and maximize uptime on-site.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in heavy machinery mechanics or related field.
Fresh graduates with Diploma encouraged; 1 year experience advantageous.
Proficient with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting hydraulic/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Independently inspect and diagnose heavy equipment and isolate faults.
Perform major and minor repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Disassemble and reassemble components per manufacturer specs.
Maintain detailed service logs and repair records.
Communicate findings to customers and recommend repairs.
