Job summary

Hydratech Engineering Sdn Bhd is looking for a skilled technician to service, maintain and repair forklifts and material handling equipment in Penang. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical issues, inspect equipment and identify faults, carry out parts replacement and complete general repairs.

Travel to customer sites when required and ensure all work is performed safely with accurate service reports.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical or related technical field.
• Experience as a technician, mechanic or in machinery maintenance preferred.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance and repair of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical issues.
• Inspect equipment and identify faults or worn components.
• Carry out parts replacement and general repair work.
• Attend customer sites for service and breakdown support when required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and equipment is in good working condition.
• Maintain basic service records and job reports.
