Job summary

Accretech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a field service engineer to provide hands-on technical support for semiconductor equipment installation, setup, upgrades, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance at customer sites locally and overseas.

The role requires at least a Diploma or Engineering degree and 1+ year in the semiconductor sector; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 1+ year experience in Semiconductor industry preferred; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Japanese would be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and relocate; own transport required.
• Mature and independent, trustworthy team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for semiconductor equipment installation, setup, buy-off, upgrade, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance at customer sites locally and overseas.
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback on machine performance to management.
• Update HQ and relevant personnel on activities and progress.
• Respond to customer requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within deadlines in coordination with HQ and Sales.
• Conduct training on proper operation of machine at customer site.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.
