Job summary
Accretech Vietnam Co. in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level engineer to provide hands-on technical support for semiconductor equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance at customer sites locally and overseas.
You will prepare service reports, update management, train customers on machine operation, and build strong relationships while traveling as required. Fresh graduates with engineering degrees and a can-do attitude are encouraged to apply; English and Bahasa Malaysia
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel and relocate as required
- Own transport is required
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for installation, setup, buy-off, upgrade, troubleshooting, and maintenance at customer sites
- Prepare service reports and feedback on machine performance
- Update management on job activities and progress
- Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot, and coordinate with HQ and Sales
- Conduct operator training at customer sites
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
