Job summary

Accretech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an entry-level to mid-level Field Service Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for group machines at local and overseas sites.

You will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades, while preparing reports and maintaining client relationships. The role requires travel, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and offers allowances, insurance, and annual events.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for semiconductor group machine installation, setup, buy-off, upgrade, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Prepare service reports and feedback on machine performance.
• Update management on job activities and progress.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with HQ and Sales to take corrective action.
• Conduct training on proper machine operation at customer sites.
• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.
