Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 2–3 years of field service or maintenance experience.
• Experience with industrial machinery or PCB-related equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
• Valid driving license and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and develop technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and verification when required.
• Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records after visits.
• Coordinate service schedules with customers.
• Liaise with technical teams to address requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain service tools, spare parts, and documentation.
• Support additional engineering and service assignments as needed.
