With a strong commitment to customer support, the organization provides end-to-end engineering solutions, including equipment installation, maintenance, retrofitting, process improvements, and after-sales services to help customers improve production efficiency and product quality.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
Provide technical support and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and verification activities when required.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records after each site visit.
Coordinate service schedules and maintenance activities with customers.
Liaise with technical teams to address customer requirements and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.
Maintain service tools, spare parts, and technical documentation.
Support additional engineering and service assignments as required.
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equipment servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, or field service roles.
Experience supporting industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or PCB-related equipment is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with machinery maintenance and repair.
Familiarity with industrial equipment and manufacturing environments.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical expertise.
Possess a valid driving license.
Willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
