Job summary

Cairnhill Metrology Pte Ltd. is seeking a Service Engineer based in Shah Alam to service metrology equipment, perform installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and calibration.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Own car and willingness to travel domestically or overseas are needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant service experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Owns a car for commuting.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia or overseas.
• Strong communication and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Service industrial, advanced and portable metrology equipment; install, commission, troubleshoot and calibrate.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication with customers.
• Update CRM promptly for team follow-up and support.
• Report to the Service or Branch Manager as required.
• Support installations in other parts of Malaysia or overseas.
