Job summary

Bruker Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service semiconductor metrology tools on-site for customers in Southeast Asia. The role includes installation, diagnostics, training, and post-sale support, with a strong customer focus and collaboration across field applications, support, and product management.

Applicants should have a technical degree and 3–8 years of semiconductor metrology experience, with hands-on instrument troubleshooting and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering or physical sciences; Masters or higher preferred.
• 3–8 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience, preferably metrology products.
• Experience with AFM, X-ray and optical profiler service or relevant technical support.

Responsibilities

• Performs site surveys, pre-installation, installation of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology tools for customers locally and internationally.
• Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location.
• On-site training to customers; interface with cross-functional teams.
• Develop service documentation and knowledge base; manage field service communications.
• Travel up to 50% within Southeast Asia; handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
