Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a field service engineer in Malaysia (Selangor/ PJ) to perform installation, maintenance, repair, and user training on precision instruments across various industries. You will work on-site and remotely, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrument Control and 2–3 years field experience, with PLC basics and oscillator usage as advantages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical & Instrument Control related field is required.
• Diploma with 2–3 years field experience is preferred.
• Basic control system knowledge in Electrical and basic Mechanical knowledge are expected.
• Knowledge in Oscillator usage, PLC basics and Food & beverage industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform service activities for customers in the designated area.
• Maintain and upkeep service tools.
• Install, qualify, train users, maintain and repair equipment per MT guidelines.
• Provide technical support to customers, in person or remotely.
• Document service activities and keep accurate records.
• Report updates on service activities and next steps to customers.
