Job summary

KLA-Tencor (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, seeks a Customer Support Engineer to perform field service activities, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair highly complex equipment at customer wafer fab facilities.

Responsibilities include resolving installation and upgrading problems, coordinating equipment schedules to minimize downtime, and delivering customer orientation and technical training on maintenance. Reports of field service activity will be prepared for cross-functional teams.
