Job summary

Hiredly X in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service measuring, controlling and sorting equipment at customer facilities. You will repair and calibrate equipment and electrical boards, provide technical support, and prepare service quotes while reporting work performed.

Travel is required, mainly 3–5 weekdays with rare weekend trips, and you will collaborate with our network of international service engineers to ensure top‑quality after‑sales

• Technical Support
• Perform customer training
• Preparation of service quotes
• Reporting of the work carried out
• After-sales customer care
• Cooperate closely with company’s network of international service engineers
• Traveling; duration mostly 3-5 weekdays, weekend travel is exceptional
