Job summary

Motorola Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a New Grad Engineer to join our Public Safety IT and cloud/AI initiatives. You will provide remote and on-site support for deployed systems, working with service teams and vendors.

The role includes on-site duties and occasional out-of-hours work, with exposure to core systems and devices as part of a rigorous training program. You will train and develop in incident response, root cause analysis, data analytics, and automation, while

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong troubleshooting knowledge on network.
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
ITIL awareness and cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site support for deployed systems, collaborating with service teams and vendors.
On-site support and out-of-hours work will be required.
Support incident response and perform root cause analysis.
Create value by using automation, data analytics and best practices.
Work directly with customers to resolve issues and advocate for the customer.
