Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical problems of medical devices to achieve customer satisfaction with turnaround and downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and highlight abnormalities to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in compiling technical specifications in tender submission documents.

The Job

To respond to customers’ calls to troubleshoot technical problems of medical devices so as to achieve customers’ satisfaction in turnaround and downtime

To perform preventive maintenance as scheduled and highlight technical abnormalities to achieve customers satisfaction.

To assist in compiling technical specifications in tender submission documents.

To document the technical actions of problems resolved, and maintain spare parts inventory

Requirements

Candidates with Diploma or Degree in biomedical engineering and/or related, with or without experience and is IT savvy

Result and customer service orientated

Proactive and diligent

Willing to learn

Willing to be relocated at other states
