Bruker Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform site surveys, pre-installation, and installation of semiconductor metrology tools for customers locally and internationally.
You will provide high level technical support on-site, deliver customer training, and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction. 50% travel within Southeast Asia is expected.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform site surveys, pre-installation, and installation of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools for customers locally and internationally. You will provide high level technical support to external customers at their location and on-site training to customers. You will interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales.

Develop Service technical documentation
Create, develop, and continuously improve the customer support & applications knowledge database
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service
Performs basic applications support of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools for customers both domestic and international
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering or physical sciences
3 - 8 years of relevant Semiconductor industry experience, preferably metrology products and with hands on instrument experiences
Experienced with AAFM, AFM, X-ray and Optical profiler service experience or background in Technical Support preferred
Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical analog and factory Automation
Working knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce/SAP
Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Up to 50% traveling required within Southeast Asia
