Job summary

Bruker Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate and support Bruker semiconductor metrology tools. You will provide on-site training, diagnostics, and post-sale applications support to customers and work with cross-functional teams to ensure peak instrument performance.

The role requires 3–8 years of relevant experience, a technical degree (masters preferred), and willingness to travel up to 50% across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or physical sciences; masters preferred.
• 3–8 years in semiconductor/metrology field; relevant instrument experience.
• Experience with AFM, X-ray, optical profiler service.
• Strong diagnostic, testing and field service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, installation and post-sale support for Bruker tools.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to customers.
• Travel up to 50% within Southeast Asia.
• Develop service documentation and improve knowledge base.
• Coordinate with field applications, support, product management, and sales.
