Job summary

Penang Skills Development Centre is seeking a technically skilled individual to provide on-site support for vision inspection systems, perform diagnostics, and train customers. The role requires travel domestically and overseas to deploy solutions and foster strong client relationships.

You will work closely with our R&D team to translate field feedback into product improvements, and you should be capable of independent and team-based work with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in field support a plus.
• Strong customer orientation, good communication and problem-solving.
• Willing to travel domestically and overseas; own transport required.
• Flexible; able to work extended hours when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical), Computer Science, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome.1–2 years of relevant experience in field support or technical customer service is a plus
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Own transport is required.
• Flexible and able to work extended hours when needed.
