Job summary

Sperton Global AS is seeking an International customer service engineer to install, commission and train customers on vision inspection systems. You will visit customers for pre-sales evaluations and after-sales support, aim to boost satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include handling maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, with frequent travel across the country and occasional overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin is required.
• Diploma degree or higher; mechanical/IT/automation/electric preferred.
• Strong communication, hardworking, self-motivated, team player.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical basics; able to read drawings.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and common office software (MS Office/WPS).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and train on vision inspection systems and ensure machine acceptance.
• Make frequent customer visits for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to build relationships.
• Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Job Scope

• 2. Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT or automation, eletricical is preferred.
• 3. Fluency in Mandarin. Lives near Kuala Lumpur. Good communication skills, hard working, self motivated, and a good team player.
• 4. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings.
