Job summary

Sperton Global AS in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a field service engineer to install, commission and train customers on vision inspection systems, and to ensure successful machine acceptance.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant technical services experience, a Diploma or higher in mechanical/IT/automation/electrical, Mandarin fluency, strong communication, and willingness to travel nationwide and overseas. You will read drawings, use AutoCAD basics, and support after-sales service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technical services or related field.
• Diploma or higher in mechanical, IT, automation or electrical.
• Mandarin fluency is required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and train users on vision inspection systems.
• Ensure machine acceptance and perform after-sales service.
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting; read basic drawings.
• Travel frequently nationwide and occasionally overseas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
• Pay ferquent customer visit for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.
• Handle machine maintainance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
• Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.

JobRequirements:

• 2-3 years of experiences in similar technical services job. Experiences in inspection supplier or printing machinery would be bonus.
• Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT or automation, electrical is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Good communication skills, hard working, self motivated, and a good team player.
• Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings.
• Familiar with office software, such as office and WPS; Know how to use AutoCAD basically.
