Job summary

CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive adoption of CTOS risk management solutions among business users. The role focuses on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

The BDO will promote CTOS solutions, identify opportunities, and nurture client relationships. Travel and outdoor sales are part of the responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with diploma/degree encouraged to apply.
• Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mandarin language ability is preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Promote CTOS products to customers and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
• Identify opportunities, research, and develop sales options to grow pipeline.
• Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships, and presenting solutions.
