Job summary

CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive the adoption of CTOS's risk management solutions among business users. This front-line sales role focuses on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and pipeline growth.

You will prospect, build relationships, present solutions, and close deals while maintaining client partnerships and reports in line with our standards. Mandarin fluency is preferred for interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred; SME sales experience an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with diploma or degrees encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
• Able to work in a team as well as independently.
• Mandarin fluency preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Own transport.
• This role requires travel and outdoor sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote products or services and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
• Increase sales opportunities, improve market position and growth.
• Identify business opportunities by researching and analysing sales options.
• Sell by establishing contact, developing relationships, and presenting solutions professionally.
• Negotiate and close deals, handle objections.
• Maintain client relationships by providing support and guidance.
• Build networks to grow prospect lists.
• Maintain reports by updating data per standards.
• Improve selling skills and technical knowledge through development roadmap.
• Review own performance and aim to exceed targets.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
