Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in any field.
• 0-2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence (travel within your territory is required).
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, cold outreach, and networking.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to convert leads into paying customers.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and hit monthly revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and gather market feedback.
• Report sales activity and forecast accurately using our CRM.
