Qualifications

• The Drive: hunter mindset with resilience toward rejection.
• The Skills: excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building over phone/video calls.
• Experience: 1–2 years in telesales/inside sales or B2B sales; fresh grads with hunger welcomed.
• Language: fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: identify, qualify, and reach out to new B2B prospects across Malaysia via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Pipeline Management: manage full sales cycle from cold outreach to product demos and closing.
• CRM Discipline: maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Collaboration: work with Digital Marketing to follow up inbound leads and convert to revenue.
