U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Area Sales Executive to conduct daily dealer visits across assigned areas, supporting Sales & Distribution targets and KPIs. You will develop strong relationships with dealers and execute promotional plans to expand UM touch points and loyalty.

Based in Bintulu, Sarawak, the role requires 1–2 years of outdoor sales experience in telco/FMCG/retail or related industries, own car, and willingness to travel daily to outstation areas.

Qualifikationen

• Must have own car and be willing to travel daily to outstation areas.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with ad hoc tasks and target-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily visits to dealer stores that sell U Mobile products to provide service and build relationships.
• Execute and monitor sales strategy and promotions; seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations and product trainings (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensure dealers have proper knowledge of system activations, products, and incentives.
• Perform trade events and provide on-ground support to optimize sales performance.
