Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Area Sales Executive for Bintulu to conduct daily visits to dealers’ stores, provide service and support, and build strong relationships while achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Based in Bintulu, you must own a car, be willing to travel to outstation areas, and have 1–2 years of outdoor/field sales experience in intelco/FMCG/retail. A dynamic, award-winning organization awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent with a passing result.
• Based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
• Must have own car and be willing to travel daily to outstation areas.
• At least 1–2 years of outdoor/field sales experience in intelco/FMCG/retail or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to dealers stores that sell U Mobile products, providing service, support and relationship-building in assigned areas.
• Execute and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies/promotions and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points and pyramid.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensure dealers have proper knowledge and training on system, products, and how to sell.
• Provide guidance on incentives/pyramid to build loyalty and supervise up-to-date POSM.
• Perform trade events, visits and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.
• Monitor market movement through market intelligence.
