Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to conduct daily visits to dealer stores in the Kota Kinabalu area, supporting Sales & Distribution activities and building strong relationships.

You will implement sales strategies, monitor promotions, and pursue new opportunities to expand UM touchpoints while growing dealer loyalty through activations and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent.
• Must be based in Kota Kinabalu.
• Must have own car and travel daily to outstation areas.
• At least 1-2 years of field sales in telco/FMCG/retail or related industry.
• Able to aggressively work with dealers to commit sales targets.
• Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers' stores daily to support sales and distribution.
• Provide service, support and build relationships with dealers.
• Execute and monitor sales strategy and promotions; seek new opportunities.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Provide training on activation systems, products, selling, incentives and POSM.
• Perform trade events and market movement monitoring.
