U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a Field Sales Executive based in Bintulu, Sarawak to visit dealers daily, support sales and distribution, and help achieve targets and KPIs.

You will build strong dealer relationships, execute promotions, and provide product knowledge and training to partners, while traveling to outstation areas as needed. This role offers growth within a dynamic telco environment.

Formación

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or equivalent with passing result.
• Must be based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
• Must have own car and travel daily to outstation areas.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant outdoor/field sales experience.
• Able to aggressively work with dealers to meet sales targets.
• Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with ad hoc tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily visits to dealer stores to provide service and build relationships.
• Execute and monitor sales strategies and promotions; identify new opportunities to expand touchpoints.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations for prepaid and postpaid plans.
• Ensure dealers have knowledge on system activations, products, and sales techniques.
• Provide guidance on loyalty programs, POSM, and training.
• Perform trade events, store visits, and market intelligence activities.

Job Summary

To conduct daily visits to dealers stores to support Sales & Distribution activities within assigned areas, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• To conduct daily visit existing dealers stores that sell U Mobile products to provide service, support and build relationship within the assigned areas.
• To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid.
• Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensuring dealers have proper knowledge and training on:-
• System : Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge.
• Product : Full range of products.
• How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given.
• Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty.
• POSM : Latest & up to date POSM.
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.

About You

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or anything equivalent with a passing result.
• Must be based in Bintulu, Sarawak.
• Must have own car and willing to travel daily to outstation area.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in outdoor/field sales in telco/FMCG/retail or any relevant industry.
• Able to aggressively work with dealers to commit sales target given.
• Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with ad hoc tasks given.
