Job summary

Rainbow Distribution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Sales Executive in Penang to achieve sales targets, manage customer inquiries, orders, and payments and support field activities. Fresh graduates are welcome and fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred. The role requires strong communication, sales drive, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 9am-1pm, with opportunities to participate in trade shows and market visits.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least SPM/STPM.
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Sales drive and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle inquiries, process orders, manage payments, and provide documentation.
• Ensure smooth payment and delivery processes; follow up on outstanding payments for credit customers.
• Report on competitor activities, market trends, and price changes.
• Develop new sales leads through cold-calling and market visits.
• Track customer accounts and sales results daily.
• Visit assigned areas, participate in trade shows and events as needed.
• Assist with merchandising and other tasks as directed.
