Job summary

In-Situ Maintenance Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a on-site sales professional to drive growth in civil and structural construction markets in Malaysia. The role focuses on building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals with healthy margins.

You will leverage your engineering background and knowledge of corrosion prevention products, communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and travel to meet clients as needed. A competitive monthly salary plus commissions awaits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder in engineering field.
• 1-2 years sales experience in Civil & Structural Construction Industry, preferably hardware/anti-corrosion products.
• Knowledge & experience in selling corrosion prevention products is an added advantage.
• Preferable experience in sales for civil construction projects.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).
• Fast learner with good interpersonal skills; willing to travel frequently.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Independent, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with all customers.
• Identify and target potential clients, develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Prepare quotations, follow up and close sales with maximum profit.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of our solutions.
• Monitoring of collection.
• Arrange sales visits to existing and potential customers, handle inquiries, coverage, sales pursuit and follow-up.
