Job summary

Master Mansion Design Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Sales Engineer (Civil & Structural) to identify and engage potential clients, contractors, and stakeholders. You will visit sites, build relationships with main contractors and consultants, and coordinate with internal teams on proposals and tender documents.

You will also support tender activities, analyze drawings for efficient formwork solutions, and contribute to value engineering to optimize material usage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic professional software.
• Willingness to travel for project or client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Visit construction sites regularly to explore business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and tender documents with the design and project teams.
• Assist in coordinating tender and pre-project activities to ensure timely submissions.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Design Team on AutoCAD/BIM layouts and material lists when needed.
• Conduct site visits to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Monitor project costs and variations; assist in budget control.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field
