This position acts as the core structural technical consultant within the commercial sales team. You will drive sales by evaluating structural designs, delivering technical proposals, and pitching prefabricated building solutions to key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical sales proposals, structural layout concepts, and accurate project quotations.

• Advise client design and project teams on material selection, space optimization, structural loading, and thermal efficiency.

• Partner with commercial sales teams to present and pitch modular and prefabricated structural solutions.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal engineering teams, drafters, and supply chain managers for smooth project delivery.

• Conduct regional site visits across Asia to assess technical requirements and evaluate structural installations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Proven track record in technical sales, proposal design, or consulting for light steel structures, prefabricated systems, or industrial buildings.

• Strong commercial charisma with the confidence to pitch technical solutions directly to decision-makers.

• High adaptability and willingness to travel 70–80% across regional project sites in Asia.

• Excellent command of English to collaborate effectively with regional teams and international directors.
