Job summary

Strong technical knowledge of Palm Oil Mill processes and equipment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or Project Management is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks and ability to read technical drawings.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Willing to travel frequently for local and overseas site work and meetings.

Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Business Development: identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Palm Oil Mill and industrial equipment.
Travel locally and internationally to meet clients and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with global clients.
Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.
Prepare and present technical sales proposals, quotations, tenders and documents.
Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to meet project requirements.
Support project execution including fabrication, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical advice and product knowledge to sales team and customers.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and costs; report to management.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Responsibility

Travel locally and internationally to meet clients, conduct sales presentations, site visits, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential global clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions for Palm Oil Mill machinery and systems.
Prepare and present technical sales proposals, quotations, tenders, and engineering documents.
Design, develop, and propose improvements to Palm Oil Mill machinery and systems where required.
Coordinate closely with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure project requirements are properly understood and fulfilled.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, production teams, and clients throughout project execution.
Support project execution, including fabrication, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Conduct site visits and provide technical support to customers.
Provide technical advice and product knowledge support to the sales team and customers.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and cost control where involved in project execution.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales and project reports to management.
