Jora Malaysia is seeking an End-User Technical Sales Executive (Industrial Hardware, PPE & Safety Solutions) to drive sales growth with PPE, hardware, power tools, and industrial solutions to manufacturing, engineering, construction, and industrial customers.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and dedicated to continuous learning, with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Own transport for business travel.
• SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience in PPE, industrial hardware, construction materials, MRO supplies, or safety products.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
• Priority for candidates with outdoor sales experience in Construction/ Hardware/ Safety Products industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting PPE, industrial hardware, power tools, and industrial solutions to manufacturing, engineering, construction, and industrial customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base in manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement, site visits, and strong customer support.
• Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and consultative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports while ensuring timely order processing and payment follow-up.
• In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's growth through successful sales strategies, expanding our client base, and providing outstanding customer service. Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and contribute to our overall success in the Hardware industry.
