Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Field Operation professional to supervise the deployment and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. You will coordinate on-site activities, liaise with technical teams, and ensure field work meets quality and safety standards.

You will maintain communication with internal teams and contractors, monitor trouble tickets and alarms in the NMS, and ensure maintenance is done within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing and able to work on a shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Monitor and ensure all trouble tickets (TT) are updated with complete information and closed within the required timeframe.
• Monitor and maintain the Network Management System (NMS) for continuous operation and prompt clearance of alarms.
• Coordinate and ensure network maintenance activities are completed within the agreed SLA.
• Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out according to the scheduled maintenance plan.
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports, performance metrics, and management review documentation.

You will be the backbone of field operations, managing on-site activities, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring all field work meets high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth operational activities

Monitor and ensure all trouble tickets (TT) are updated with complete information and closed within the required timeframe

Monitor and maintain the Network Management System (NMS) to ensure continuous operation and prompt clearance of alarms

Coordinate and ensure network maintenance activities are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out according to the scheduled maintenance plan
