Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking with proven experience in planning, monitoring and managing telecommunications projects and site works in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on FTTH/ODN deployment, subcontractor coordination, and delivering projects on schedule and to spec. You will lead site teams, manage risks, quality and resources, and liaise with clients and consultants as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related field.
• At least 3 years of PM experience in telecom infrastructure deployment (FTTH/ODN).
• Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, schedules, and customer relations.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH deployment, transmission networks, and project processes.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, risk, quality, and material management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to work outstation when required.

Responsibilities

To ensure all works are executed according to schedule and specifications

Requirements:

At least Degree or Diploma in related field

Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications infrastructure deployment, including FTTH, ODN or other transmission and access network projects.

Experience in managing subcontractors, site teams, project schedules, and customer relationships.

Strong knowledge of FTTH network deployment, transmission networks, and telecommunications project implementation processes.

Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, quality control, and material management.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, hardworking communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work outstation when required
