The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing distributor management and trade marketing activities within the assigned territory.

The role drives volume delivery, enhances retail advocacy, ensures compliance with trade standards, and supports patch development and market insight generation. It also plays a key role in managing B2B platform operations to support efficient trade transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Deliver volume targets for the assigned territory across all channels, ensuring sustained growth performance.
• Maintain Execution Excellence standards and drive strong retail advocacy.
• Conduct trade audits, Sales & Distribution service checks, and monitor distributor ground team activities to ensure effective field execution.
