British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad invites applications for a Digital HR Intern in Subang Jaya. You will assist the HR Business Partnering team with secretarial tasks and participate in key HR projects across the employee lifecycle.

You will build social content for employer branding, assist in reports, and help deliver strategic people initiatives. This internship emphasizes learning, collaboration, and real-world HR impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Positive attitude with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in any field; preference for business analytics, HR or international management.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, policy reviews, benefits administration, and HR customer service for internal collaborators.
• Supervise and support end-to-end employee recognition and lifecycle programs.
• Generate, compile, and analyze standard HR reports to support HRBPs in people agenda decisions.
• Coordinate logistics and execution of internal events, employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Create social media content to strengthen employer branding and support HR projects.

British American Tobacco DBS has an exciting opportunity for a Digital HR Intern in Subang Jaya, Malaysia

As an intern passionate about digital HR, you will be part of the HR Business Partnering team and contribute to the HR Function by handling secretarial and administrative tasks. You will also have the opportunity to take charge of key projects, delivering comprehensive solutions in elevating the experience of our employees throughout their life-cycle's processes as well as supporting the implementation of the strategic people agenda.

• Location: Bandar Sunway, Selangor

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle processes, policy reviews, benefits administration, and HR customer service for internal collaborators.
• Supervise and support the end-to-end employee recognition experience, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures and the execution of the company’s employee cyclical plans.
• Generate, compile, and analyze standard HR reports to support HRBPs across key people agenda pillars and decision-making activities.
• Coordinate the logistics and execution of internal company events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications to effectively deliver company programs.
• Build engaging social media content to strengthen employer branding while driving process simplification initiatives and supporting ad hoc HR projects and team requirements.
