Job summary

MDC Group is seeking a technically capable professional to join our LIS solution team in Malaysia. You will handle installations, commissioning and customer training while maintaining IT systems and networks. Based in KL, Perak or Penang, the role requires travel across Malaysia and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Science related field.
• Experience in computer assembly, OS and software installation, networking setup.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to customer sites across Malaysia.
• Good communication and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide post-sales service, including installations and commissioning.
• Provide customer training and corrective maintenance on IT systems.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (based in KL, Perak, or Penang).
