Job summary

MDC Group is seeking a technically capable professional to join our LIS solution team in Malaysia. You will handle installations, commissioning and customer training while maintaining IT systems and networks. Based in KL, Perak or Penang, the role requires travel across Malaysia and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

• Experience in computer assembly, OS and software installation, networking setup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide post-sales service, including installations and commissioning.
• Provide customer training and corrective maintenance on IT systems.

We are Laboratory Information System (LIS) solution developer & provider. Our clients includes Pathological Lab in major hospitals (government & private) throughout Malaysia.

One of the critical part of the solution comprises of training and support services. Our success and growing operations depend on a team of highly skilled and well-trained professionals. Our head office and R&D center is located in Puchong, Selangor, and we have sales representatives, engineers and application specialist covering different region throughout the country.

We are looking for suitable candidate to join us to expand our business, including overseas market.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and provide post sales service which includes performing installations, Commissioning, Customer training, Corrective maintenance on IT system including computer hardware, software (Window environment) and networking.

1 positions available (based in KL, Perak, or Penang)

Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Science related field.

Posses working experience in computer assembly, OS and software installation, configuration maintenance, networking setup and configuration.

Fresh graduate with interest and knowledge in these fields are also encouraged to apply.

Possess own transport (car), willing to travel to customer site throughout Malaysia.

Good communication skills and a team player.

Highly motivated, result oriented and work with minimum supervision.

Salary range:

RM2,500 - 4,500
