Job summary

MALAYSIAN DIAGNOSTICS CORPORATION SDN BHD is seeking an IT Support/Installation specialist to deliver post-sales service for LIS solutions. You will handle installations, commissioning, and customer training for IT systems, including hardware, software (Windows environments), and networking.

Based in KL, Perak, or Penang, the role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field, hands-on experience with computer assembly, OS and software installation, and networking.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or Science field.
• Experience in computer assembly, OS and software installation, configuration maintenance and networking.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to customer sites across Malaysia.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide post-sales service including installations, commissioning, and customer training.
• Perform corrective maintenance on IT systems including hardware and software in Windows environment and networking.
• Role based in KL, Perak, or Penang (1 position available).
