Job summary

MANFORCE GROUP BERHAD is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand its façade cleaning and building services division in Malaysia. You will gain hands-on exposure to real building projects, engage key decision-makers, and coordinate projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, project coordination, facility management, construction, or cleaning services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable working in field-based environment with site visits.
• Responsible, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn technical project sales.
• Own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, JMB/MC, building owners, and facility management teams.
• Handle incoming project enquiries and follow up actively on opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service documentation.
• Coordinate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure project execution quality.
• Maintain client database and sales tracking records.
• Attend site meetings and client discussions as required.
• Support business development activities and pipeline growth.
