Job summary

Springlab Distribution Sdn Bhd seeks a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive growth in Façade & Building Solutions. You will identify opportunities, engage with decision-makers, arrange site visits, develop proposals and close service contracts.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, a network with property/building managers, and the ability to travel within Klang Valley and beyond. Independent, commercially driven candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in facility management, property management, building maintenance, or related services.
• Strong understanding of commercial building operations and decision-making structures.
• Existing network with property managers, facility managers, or FM companies.
• Proven track record in securing B2B contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for façade cleaning and building maintenance solutions.
• Identify and approach commercial buildings, hotels, malls, offices, and condominiums.
• Build relationships with Building Managers, Facility Managers, and owners.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and site prospecting.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewals.
